Working with Amy during our sleep coaching really helped me gain the confidence and knowledge that I needed to get my 7 month old to sleep better. I wish I had consulted her way earlier than I did. I thought it was normal that my baby only took 40 minute naps and woke up every 2 to 3 hours at night. Boy was I wrong!
Amy listened to my goals and knew right away that I wanted to take a softer approach. The plan she created for us was positive, gentle and very clear to follow. Throughout the time we worked together, Amy adjusted and tweaked the plan when she felt there were adjustments needed in order for Auguste to progress. She would explain why the adjustments were made so that I would be able to identify on my own if I needed to adjust in the future.
With Amy's gentle approach and 2 weeks of work, I was able teach my baby how to go to sleep independently, I learned how to allow time for him to self-sooth and link his sleep cycles on his own. Now he's sleeping full 12 hr nights and 1 hr 30 mins naps and waking up happy! I can't believe it. Miracles do happen when you have the right guidance.
