My husband and I did Amy’s 2 week program. We were really struggling before with getting our baby to soothe himself and were desperate for change.
I honestly think her program was magic. We were skeptical at first that the suggestions wouldn’t work but were amazed at the instant change in our baby’s sleep patterns. This translated into our baby being much less fussy during wake hours.
On top of the magical plan, Amy was such a pleasure to work with as she was always available by text for guidance and the much needed support. We say this is the greatest thing we did and we highly recommend her to anyone struggling with a fussy baby and sleep.
Sleep was something that I thought just came naturally to an infant. With my first son, I endured many months of poor sleep thinking that it was just something that not all babies are good at.
When my second came, many of the same patterns started to emerge and it became clear that I needed a new approach to getting better, more restful nights of sleep. Coupled with early work start times, the idea of more short nights was not something I wanted to relive.
I reached out to Amy in order to get this issue in order and was very surprised at how quick and effective the sleep plan was to put in motion. In just a few nights, Nathaniel was able to get to sleep quickly on his own and get himself back to sleep in the middle the night.

Working with Amy has truly transformed our lives. When I turned to Amy, my two-year-old toddler was waking up 7 to 8 times a night, screaming and crying every time. I was working full-time and could barely function during the day, and my husband and I were constantly fighting over the best way to deal with our child.
Amy worked with us to understand our limitations (minimal crying, gentle parenting), and devised a clear and concise sleep plan that had us working with our child during the day rather than trying to mitigate the problem at night. Our daughter took to Amy’s method right away, and was down to one wake up a night in just a couple of weeks. These days, she doesn’t wake up at all and when she does, she’s able to mostly self-soothe calmly, needing us only for the occasional hug.
After claiming for years that sleep training wasn’t for us, we found in Amy a sleep therapist that truly believes in working with parents on finding individualized solutions!
We came to Amy with a pretty complex situation - a 4 year old who has low sleep needs and a 2 year old who climbed out of the crib at 18 months. On top of that, they share a room. We were exhausted from having to lay with them to fall asleep, having middle of the night wake ups and early mornings.
We also weren’t willing to let them cry it out or be too harsh in our approach. Amy met us exactly where we were at and came up with a plan to tackle each problem at a time in a way that aligned with our values and family life. With simple strategies, we were able to have them falling asleep independently within a week.
Being able to text with Amy throughout the first two weeks was a game changer to be able to troubleshoot as we went along. Within 2 weeks, we tackled all of our sleep goals, and feel empowered to be able to adjust to however our kids' needs change in the future.
